Surtitles: Follow all the action!
For all operas, including those sung in English, a translation of the story is displayed on a screen above the stage in English. However, surtitles are not visible from some areas of the auditorium. To take advantage of the surtitles, please inform the Empire when booking your seat.
Buy your programmes in advance
If you want to find out more about the opera you are attending in advance, you can buy your programmes by mail order. WNO programmes are available by post after the first Cardiff performance of each opera at a cost of £4 plus 50p postage and packing (cheque/credit card only).
