Having completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Trinity College, Dublin, Joe studied singing at the Royal College of Music in London. Soon after finishing Joe moved to Cardiff and began working with WNO as a freelance singer. A full-time position at ROH took him back to London for a year, before returning to Cardiff and a permanent position in WNO Chorus.
