WNO Youth Opera Project Manager (WNO Youth & Community)

Welsh National Opera is seeking a candidate with excellent communication and organisation skills to fill the role of freelance Youth Opera project manager.

The candidate is required to have experience working with youth participants in either a vocal, dramatic or movement capacity. The candidate will have one office based day (Friday) and either a full day or a half day (Saturday) each week supporting the WNO youth opera workshops throughout term time.

Reporting to Youth Opera Producer Paula Scott, candidates will have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills. Candidates will be required to undertake a DCB enhanced disclosure to work with children and young people.

The rate of work is £100- £120 per day depending on experience and will be paid as a termly fee. 

Total working sessions: (please see schedule attached) – 25 ½ day workshop sessions, 16 full day workshop sessions & 46 office days.
