Born in Carmarthenshire, South Wales, Mark is one of the UKs most exciting young classical performers and appears regularly on opera stages and concert platforms across the UK, Europe, the Far East and the US.

His warm, high Italianate baritone voice, acclaimed acting and charismatic blend of charm and Celtic humour means he is in demand, and at home whether performing in an opera to a 2000 strong audience, singing to 75,000 at an international rugby match at Wales Millennium Stadium, singing oratorios in intimate venues, working with groups of children and young people in a workshop or indeed, broadcasting to the masses as a presenter of classical music radio programmes for the BBC.
