Our Fundraising Promise

Complaints Procedure

Welsh National Opera is a member of the Fundraising Standards Board self-regulatory scheme, and is committed to the highest standards in fundraising practice. The Fundraising Standards Board works to ensure that organisations raising money for charity from the public do so honestly and properly. As such, we aim to adhere to the Fundraising Standards Board’s Fundraising Promise (www.fsboard.org.uk) and the Codes of Fundraising Practice, as established by the Institute of Fundraising (www.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk).

If you have a complaint about Welsh National Opera’s fundraising, please contact Phil Gibby, Director of Development and Communications by writing to:

Welsh National Opera
Wales Millennium Centre
Bute Place
Cardiff

Alternatively, you can call 029 20 635041 or email Phil Gibby at phil.gibby@wno.org.uk

We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 30 days.

If you are dissatisfied with our response at the end of that process, you can refer the matter for further investigation to the Fundraising Standards Board who can be contacted at:
