How to donate your tax refund

If you wish to donate any tax refund due to you, please use Welsh National Opera’s unique charity code - JAL51GG - on your self assessment form or go to www.hmrc.gov.uk and use the Quick Link to Forms, where you type in SA100 Charity for the correct form to complete and send to HM Revenue & Customs with your completed Tax Return.
