Hospitality Opportunities 2008/9

Let us entertain you and your clients with hospitality of the finest quality at the spectacular Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff or one of our other tour venues.* Enjoy an evening of world-class entertainment that includes:
· A pre-performance reception with drinks, starter and main course.
· An exclusive talk from a member of Welsh National Opera's music staff to introduce the production to your guests - enhancing their experience whether this is their first opera or they are seasoned opera goers.
· Tickets to the performances of your choice in the 'best seats in the house' and complimentary programmes.
· Interval drinks served in a private room for guests to relax and talk.
· Post-performance dessert and coffee.
· Recognition as a WNO Business Partner in all our programmes and on our website, enabling your association with Welsh National Opera to continue after the curtain goes down.**
Packages
Welsh National Opera are pleased to tailor packages to suit your needs. A package as outlined above of three hospitality evenings per year (8 guests per evening at one performance per season) can be purchased at £5,250 plus VAT. To entertain 12 guests per evening the package price would to £7,850 plus VAT. Individual evening packages can also be arranged. An evening for 10 guests is priced at £2,395 plus VAT.
We will provide menus and production information in advance, which may be sent to guests when extending invitations. To make the most of your evening's hospitality, guests are invited to arrive at 5.45pm and the performance will begin at 7.15pm.
Productions
We are able to offer hospitality at a number of performances in our 2008/09 season. The choice of production is entirely yours, but we recommend that you choose operas that have the broadest appeal to your clients.

** Print deadlines apply. Business Partner recognition lasts for one year if a three-season package is purchased or during the season in which the hospitality takes place if purchasing an individual evening package.
