Gemma Coleman is a recent graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama Vocal Studies department.

Recent WNO roles include the creation of Celia in the première of The Calling of Maisy Day (WNYO)

During her time there she appeared in The Little Sweep, Cendrillon and L'Etoile as well as Countess, The Marriage of Figaro (RWCMD) and Mabel, The Pirates of Penzance (Dolman Theatre).

As well as performing opera Gemma has sung as a bursary scholar for the BBC National Chorus of Wales and with Serendipity in venues ranging from the Royal Albert Hall to the O2 Arena. Gemma also teaches singing at a theatre school on Saturday mornings and hopes to pursue a career in opera by furthering her training with a postgraduate course in London.
