Elizabeth Watts

Elizabeth Watts was born in Norwich and was a chorister at the Cathedral. She studied archaeology at Sheffield University before training at the Royal College of Music. Watts won the Song Prize at the BBC Cardiff Singer of the Year in 2007 and is a former BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist. She has recently released a recording of songs by Alessandro Scarlatti and was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Music in 2017.
